For a rate of $500, have the space for a 4-hour time slot of your choice. We provide party supplies, all you need to bring is food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages.

$2 each, a variety of wildflower seeds in "Let Love Grow" packets and will be ready for you on the event day.

$5 each, 2" succulents are planted in white terracotta pots and will be ready for you on the event day.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What about setting up and tearing down? Your 4-hour reservation should include all setup or tear-down time you need for your event. No coming in early or staying late. If you need more time, please let us know
Is there a deposit? A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event, and this amount will be applied to the total cost of the event day.
What are the rental hours? 10 am-9 pm. If you need time beyond that, please let us know.
Is my date available? Our online or in-store calendar displays upcoming availability - bookings can be made online, in person, or over the phone.
Can I tour the space? Tour the space anytime during normal business hours. We recommend visiting during a weekday, as it is typically booked on the weekends.
Are you handicap accessible? Yes, a rear alley entrance is available for wheelchair ramp accessibility.
Where do we park? Parking is available both on-street and in the Tier Garage (W Cunningham St, Butler, PA 16001). On weekends and weekday evenings, parking is complimentary and without tickets.
Do you offer catering? No, you are responsible for all food and drinks.
Can I have alcohol? Absolutely, we are a bring-your-own-beverage establishment.
Are there nearby hotels? Yes, we recommend the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 125 E Jefferson St, Butler, PA 16001.
How to Book Online
Choose 'Book Now', pick your preferred date and time, and you'll be guided to the checkout to put down a $100 deposit for your 4 hour reservation! We'll settle the outstanding amount on the day of.
